Your Group Performs Well
How can I reward a group's good performance so they will continue
to perform well?
- Reward Performance: When a group performs well, reward their
performance. That way, the good performance will tend to repeat and improve.
- Use Organizational Learning Skills: Arrange a group conversation, a celebration event or create policies that reward the group members for good performances. (See this Organizational

- Appreciate Individuals and Teams: In the group conversation
or celebration event, appreciate individual and team performances and encourage
