How can I help a person solve a problem and enhance our relationship
along the way?
- Problems Have Pain: There are thousands of different problems,
but they always have one thing in common - the pain of values violations.
- Counseling with Empathy: When someone else has an unsolved problem
use Leadership Counseling with Empathy. (Use Empathy skills and Leadership Counseling skills.)
- Negotiating or Mediating: Go through the six steps to Negotiate
or Mediate to help the person find their own solutions to the problem.
