The Method:

• List your 13 most important values to fulfill, skills to learn and inner capabilities to develop.
• Pick a different one to focus on each week.
• Do this for four cycles of 13 weeks. That equals 52 weeks, or one year.
• When you use the Ben Franklin Mastery Strategy, you focus for a total of four weeks on each of 13 values, inner capabilities and outer capabilities each year.
